The goal of fractional laser skin resurfacing is simple: to replace damaged skin with new, fresh skin. A series of non-ablative laser treatments provides for a non-surgical solution for wrinkles and acne scarring that requires no downtime while affording dramatic, long lasting results.  Fractional laser pulses treat damaged cells deep within the skin by selectively heating columns of tissue, leaving the surrounding skin intact. This treatment shortens healing time and stimulates new collagen, plumping the skin from below and reversing photo aging and other imperfections.  Treatment areas include the face, neck, and chest.  This procedure is in high demand for treatment of periorbital (eye) and perioral (mouth) wrinkles.  For enhanced results, fractional laser treatments are combined with Laser Genesis, as well as cosmetic fillers and/or neurotoxins.
