Put your best face forward with nourished and glowing skin! Our custom facials address a variety of needs ranging from premature aging and environmental damage to acne flare-ups. After performing a thorough skin evaluation, your esthetician will design a specific facial tailored to meet your skin’s unique needs. Facials may include deep pore cleansing, exfoliation, steam, extractions, and a specialized treatment mask suited to your skin’s specific needs, followed by a final application of a treatment serum and sunscreen. Our customized facial can be suited to any skin type including Oily, Dehydrated, Aging, or Combination. Make the most of your appointment by letting your esthetician know about your skin type, skin care routine, products and medications you may be using, and any concerns you might have such as acne, pigmentation issues, or dryness. You may also want discuss any upcoming social events so your treatment may be adjusted accordingly.

Microdermabrasion is a non-surgical, exfoliating treatment helpful for those unhappy with acne scarring, sun-damaged skin, age spots, freckles, stretch marks, fine lines, scars, and rough skin. Removing this outer layer of dead skin cells leaves a smoother texture and promotes the growth of healthy new skin cells. Patients experience softer, smoother and cleaner skin after the first treatment. Microdermabrasion is painless and requires no downtime from work or social activities. To achieve maximum results, we recommend several treatments, typically scheduled one to two weeks apart. You will experience a progressive improvement throughout your treatment program.

Microneedling is a revolutionary treatment protocol that provides skin care professionals the ability to offer exceptional results with little to no down time for the patient. During this procedure, microneedles are used to create controlled micro-injuries to the skin in order to remodel the skin and reduce the appearance of common skin issues such as acne scarring, wrinkles, surgical scars, and even pigmentation problems. This treatment also creates superficial micro-channels which allow topical serums to be absorbed more effectively into the skin.  Treatments are performed and priced based on a primary treatment area. Treatment areas typically include the face, décolleté, back, or specific scar revision areas.   Your skincare professional will ultimately determine a treatment plan based on your individual goals and desires. Treatments are usually spaced in 4 week intervals. Patients with deep wrinkles, advanced sun damage, stretch marks, or any type of scars, usually require 6 or more treatments to achieve the desired results.  Immediately after your treatment your skin will look slightly pink to moderately red which can last for another 24 hours. Your provider will recommend skin care products for your post care based on your individual skin, which will greatly minimize these symptoms and enhance your overall results.

Combining treatments can make a significant difference in the texture and look of your skin, and may treat stubborn pigment, or particularly severe cases of common conditions caused by aging, lifestyle, and/or environmental factors. A Micro-Peel combines both microdermabrasion and chemical peels creating a “micro-peel.” This treatment first uses mechanical exfoliation, (microdermabrasion) which leaves a fresh surface for the second step, a specially chosen chemical peel.  This combination will create a more intense treatment for more dramatic results. Your skin will look brighter, smoother, younger and with a more even tone. As with the chemical peels, the depth of the peel will determine the extent of any downtime.

Dermaplaning is an excellent treatment for revitalizing and gently exfoliating your skin.  It will also remove vellus hair, (peach fuzz) creating the perfect canvas for flawless makeup application for weeks. Your trained provider will carefully exfoliate the top layers of the skin with a specialized surgical blade. Skin is restored to a more youthful appearance and, best of all, there is no down time. Dermplaning does not affect the actual structure of the hair follicle and the vellus (peach fuzz) hair on the face will grow back the same size, color and shape.

Chemical Peels are topically applied acids that aid in the restoration and rejuvenation of the skin’s surface. They create a uniform and controlled shedding of several layers of the skin. Chemical peels, such as the Perfect Derma peel® or VI peel®, can reduce blotchy and uneven pigmentation, fine lines, freckling, age spots, sun-damaged skin, and acne scars in a relatively brief measure of time. Your skin type and the results you are aspiring to achieve will determine which type of peel is most appropriate for you.

 

Types of Peels offered:

 

Superficial Peel – This peel is designed to help smooth coarse, dry skin, improve the texture of sun-damaged skin, and even the tone. The recovery is generally rapid and usually involves some minor flaking. We recommend a series of treatments to obtain the desired result over a period of time. Typically, there is no down time.

Mid-depth Peel – Mid-depth peels, such as Perfect Derma® peel, contain a stronger potency of acids that targets the epidermis and upper dermis and cause the skin to slough within 5 to 7 days. Immediately after treatment, the skin has a red appearance and is occasionally accompanied by swelling. Within a day the skin turns brown in color, and after 3 or 4 days the skin initiates the peeling process.
