Dr. Ricketts’ practice of Dermatology includes medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. Her patients span all ages – from infancy thru adulthood. Her approach to treating patients is based on respect for her patients and for their lifestyles. Educating them about their particular condition and why she is recommending a specific treatment plan that will work for them. She is especially passionate about the importance of preventive skin care.
Dr Cecelia Ricketts was raised in the Chicago area and attended medical school at Loyola Stritch School of Medicine. She completed her internship in Internal Medicine at Rush Presbyterian Medical Center and her dermatology residency at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan where she served as Chief Resident during her final year of residency. She is board certified in dermatology since 1996.
